Kayla Giorno
Kayla Giorno received her certification in Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) in 2014 and completed advanced clinical training in Thermography. She has practiced holistic medicine for the past 10 years but grew up with her naturopathic mom who taught her about the holistic lifestyle. Kayla has a love for animals and has been studying animal thermography for the past 10 years as well.
DITI is a diagnostic component of the holistic practitioner’s assessment process. All patients can benefit by getting a thermal scan to detect the areas that need to be addressed for diagnosis and treatment. Inflammatory patterns, functional processes, degeneration, and obstructions are made visible and objectively quantified. Progress can be demonstrated along a course of treatments through comparative scanning. Pre and post-treatment thermal scans demonstrate objective results for both the patient and provider to review.
Kayla is a passionate advocate of breast thermography – specifically, for women who want earlier detection and prevention, less invasiveness from compression and/or harmful radiation. Women of all ages can benefit from annual breast thermal scans.
